2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. olx100 makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate in all locations. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is done at your own risk.
2.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.1 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. olx100 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify olx100 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. olx100 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
3.3 KYC Verification. olx100 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC documents required include a government-issued photo identity document (MyKad or passport) and, where required, proof of address. olx100 may also request source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide required documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.1 Currency. The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in MYR.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. olx100 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Additional methods may be added or removed at olx100's discretion. You must use payment methods registered in your own name — third-party payments are not permitted.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Standard eWallet withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. olx100 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals pending verification checks or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Platform at the time of transaction. These limits may be amended at olx100's discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.
4.5 Unclaimed Balances. Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee in accordance with the then-current Platform policy. Players with dormant accounts are encouraged to contact support to discuss their account status.
5.1 General Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by olx100 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified for each promotion. Wagers placed on games with a contribution rate of less than 100% will be weighted accordingly towards meeting wagering requirements.
5.3 Abuse. olx100 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any strategy that exploits a promotional offer contrary to its intended purpose.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. olx100 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that active wagering requirements already in progress for a player will be honoured on the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. olx100 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to bets placed following obvious pricing errors, bets placed after an event outcome is known, or bets that exceed published maximum payout limits.
6.2 Maximum Payouts. Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed within the Sportsbook at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by sport and market. olx100 will not be liable to pay winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout.
6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live casino game session, olx100 will endeavour to determine the outcome of any open round from server logs. Where this is not possible, the round will be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's account. olx100 shall not be liable for any consequential losses resulting from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Game Rules. Each game on the Platform is governed by specific rules available within the game interface. Players are advised to read applicable game rules before wagering. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game server log shall be the definitive record.

10.2 olx100's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit olx100's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
olx100 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. olx100 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law or our licensing obligations.
olx100 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
